Job Overview
This position is responsible for the supervision of 5-10 child welfare caseworkers. The Caseworker Supervisor will monitor cases/case plans, provide supervision and guidance in casework, and review/sign work of subordinates. This position will determine the needs for staffing, interview applicants for positions, initiate action for and recommends the termination of employees, completes performance evaluations, train new and currently employees, assists in policy making for Adams County Children Services, and other related work as required. This position is salaried, with working hours of Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. This position also rotates on call with two other supervisory staff members on a weekly basis.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
