Segale Properties, a mid-sized commercial real estate company, is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team! This is a full-time, year-round position.

Responsibilities Include:
- Safely operating various heavy civil construction equipment (loader, excavator, backhoe, dozer, grader, and similar).
- General laborer work (grade checking and scaling, shoveling, and similar) in conjunction with equipment operation.
- Occasional CDL driving, if licensed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of operating heavy civil construction equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of grades and elevations.
- Proven punctual and reliable attendance to work.
- Able to perform physically demanding daily work outside, including lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, turning, sitting, standing, climbing, and other required movement without limitations.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
- Work in Othello, WA 3-5 weeks per year (travel at Segale’s expense and completed during the workweek).
Workplace Safety: Job offers are dependent upon strong professional references, successful background and driving record check, and passing a preemployment drug screen.
Location/Work Schedule:
- The position is based out of our Tukwila, WA, office.
- Work completed in Othello, WA 3-5 weeks per year (expenses paid by Segale and limited to the workweek).
- Regular schedule is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), with occasional overtime.
