- WEEKDAYS 2-10 or 5-11
- WEEKDAYS 9-5 or 9-2
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle food safely, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent guest relations by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods while performing duties in the kitchen and dining areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
