*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial properties.
*Duties*
- Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Install new heating and cooling systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
*Skills*
- Proficiency in property maintenance
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Experience with boilers, refrigeration systems, and ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems
- Ability to design HVAC systems for optimal performance
- Strong mechanical knowledge to work on various HVAC equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
