What You’ll Do
As a Customer Care Representative

Taking inbound calls for current and new customers

Making outbound calls to current customers with service plans

Schedule appointments for incoming service calls

Schedule maintenance appointments for WireNut Home Service service plan members

Pitch and sell memberships to non-members
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

Customer service experience
-
Phone skills
-
Scheduling skills
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Outgoing personality

Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Averaging $21.00 - 27.00/hour (base starting at $21.00/hour)
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on weekly scorecards

Must be able to work one Saturday per month. Saturday shift of 8am-4:30pm
