Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD.
- Create comprehensive construction detail documentation that meets project specifications.
- Utilize BIM tools to develop accurate building information models that facilitate coordination among architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with project teams to produce schematics and interior layouts.
- Support the review of design drafts for accuracy, clarity, and compliance while incorporating feedback from customers.
Experience
- Proven experience working with CAD software including AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality 2D schematics and 3D models.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows for integrated project delivery and system design coordination.
- Prior experience in interior design is a plus.
