Contract Classification: Your services will be rendered as a 1099 independent contractor because (a) you can choose your trips/schedule, (b) use your own vehicle and not a school bus, (c) not be compensated for gas/commute as our pay is competitively priced above.
Contract Description: will transport students in your own vehicle between their homes and schools.
Contract Pay: Paid on a per-trip basis. Starting at $30 per one-way trip (defined as first pickup [school/home] to last dropoff [home/school] )
- $30 for the first 12 miles of the trip
- $1 per mile after the first 12 miles
- DISCLAIMER: We pay by trip basis, NOT number of students, so if you pick up multiple students, that's still considered one trip
UBER/LYFT/SPARK DRIVERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!
Requirements:
-You must have a 2016 or newer vehicle / four fours
-You must pass a emissions testing
-You must pass the online training with the driving company.
-You must pass a TB test and Drug test
-You must be 21+
-You must pass a background check
-You must pass online training
-You must be flexible/ available for AM pick-ups and PM drop-offs.
-You must be patient and good with children
