Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. This role involves providing assistance and support in various areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about services, activities, and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated areas
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Assist with resolving guest concerns or conflicts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands - carrying and setting up beach chairs & umbrellas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holiday

Parking Monitor: What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
- Answer questions about parking , directions, and site information
- Direct traffic and guide vehicles safely and efficiently into parking areas
- Assist guests with concerns and help resolve issues professionally
- Support event parking operations and high-traffic periods
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, or equipment issues
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting parking facility by removing debris and reporting facility concerns
- Promote a safe environment by following company procedures and reporting hazards or incidents

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
