We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. This vital role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards throughout all interactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities are in top condition
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus
