Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee and assist with the maintenance and repair needs of our restaurant locations. This position is ideal for someone with strong general maintenance experience who can troubleshoot problems, complete repairs when possible, and coordinate outside vendors when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at restaurant locations.
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment, and general facility issues.
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs within applicable licensing requirements.
- Handle general repairs including doors, fixtures, walls, flooring, lighting, and other building needs.
- Perform preventative maintenance and regular facility inspections.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues that may affect restaurant operations.
- Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Track maintenance requests and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Help identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and necessary maintenance supplies.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance, restaurant maintenance, commercial building maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and general repair skills.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs across multiple locations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working with tools.
- Flexibility to respond to occasional urgent maintenance needs.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
