Job Overview
Join our vibrant retail cannabis dispensary as a Budtender, where you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their cannabis journey while ensuring smooth and efficient delivery services. Duties
- Provide personalized customer service by assisting customers with product selections, offering product demos, and answering questions to enhance their experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Upsell products effectively by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize satisfaction and sales
- Maintain well-organized merchandising and stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and replenished regularly
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, tracking product movement, and conducting stock audits
- Promote a welcoming environment through excellent communication skills and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a dispensary or similar customer-focused environments
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and compliance standards is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to handle cash accurately, perform retail math calculations confidently, and maintain attention to detail during busy periods
- Must be at least 21 years old (or age specified by local laws) with the ability to pass background checks as required by law

Pay: $17.95 - $22.00 per hour
