Regional Property Manager
We are a growing, owner-operated property management company seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team in Burlington, WA.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full operational responsibility for an assigned multi-market portfolio across multiple states. The Regional Property Manager will lead Property Managers and Maintenance Techs as well as drive portfolio performance, and ensure company standards and expectations are consistently executed across all properties.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads effectively, solves problems, and knows how to turn expectations into results.
Position Details
- Based at our corporate office in Burlington, WA
- Regular travel throughout the portfolio — Monthly Site visits required but more travel may be needed
- Monday–Friday, with additional availability as business needs require
- Competitive wages DOE + company-paid benefits (This is a salaried position)
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the overall operational performance of your assigned portfolio
- Lead, coach, and hold Property Managers accountable for results
- Oversee maintenance operations, including staffing, work order performance, unit turns, property condition, preventative maintenance, and larger property projects
- Drive leasing, occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
- Review financials, budgets, expenses, and property performance reports
- Identify underperforming properties and develop clear plans for improvement
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure company standards are maintained
- Monitor market conditions, rents, pricing, and leasing strategies
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage Property Managers and maintenance personnel
- Support teams with challenging resident, employee, vendor, and operational situations
- Coordinate with corporate leadership on capital projects, budgets, and portfolio priorities
- Travel regularly for property visits, inspections, training, hiring, projects, and operational support
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple properties and leading teams
- Strong understanding of both property management and multifamily maintenance operations
- Experience managing Property Managers, maintenance teams, and vendors
- Ability to read and understand budgets, financial statements, and property performance reports
- Strong property inspection and operational assessment skills
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions, establish priorities, and hold teams accountable
- Willingness to travel regularly
- AppFolio experience is a plus

Pay: $87,000.00 - $93,000.00 per hour
