Precise Urgent Care is an established urgent care in Livingston, TX
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, on patients in the Urgent Care setting.
- Perform the duties of a Medical Assistant
- Assist with front desk duties (answering phone calls, greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance)
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
- Position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of images.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as an X-ray Technician.
- Previous experience working in an ER, urgent care or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Proficient in operating X-ray equipment and knowledge of radiographic techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
