About the Role:
LPM is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, lead culinary teams, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Support menu development and recipe execution
- Maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fine dining or luxury restaurants
- Previous Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
- Strong leadership, culinary, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of French or Mediterranean cuisine preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
