Entry-Level Client Sales Lead Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in person to promote products, answer questions, and drive new account sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to close sales and meet performance goals
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and account updates for accurate reporting
- Meet or exceed individual and Client Sales Lead sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in ongoing training on sales techniques, leadership, and territory management
- Represent the brand professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience
Entry-Level Client Sales Lead Qualifications:
- Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Maintain a positive and professional manner with customers and team members
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently to team members
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Previous experience as a Client Sales Lead, in sales, or in a leadership role is a plus
