Position: Coffee & Community | General Manager

Areas of Accountability:
- Inventory Management: Lead and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Training: Develop and mentor team members to excel in their roles.
- Speed of Service: Ensure timely and efficient customer experiences.
- Customer Loyalty: Foster relationships to create devoted patrons.
- Location Health Scorecard: Monitor and enhance overall performance metrics.
- Hiring: Assist in recruiting talented team members.
- Marketing & Events: Support promotional activities and community events.
- Scheduling: Manage staffing to meet operational needs.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of work experience in coffee/cafe management.
- Barista experience.
- Self starter who has the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable.
- Team player.
- Reliable, inquisitive, patient.
- Enjoys continuous change and improvement.
- Naturally occurring hair colors
- High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done.
Compensation:
- $45,000.00- $50,000 per year
