We are hiring at Gypsy Creek Farm for a part time weekend farm hand. If you love caring for horses, and have experience working with horses, please apply to come join us at the farm. We are a private farm with a small breeding program. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have experience with breeding, mares and foals and/or working with young horses. All of our horses are handled and groomed daily.
Hours: Every other weekend
** (Hours shift with the amount of daylight)**
Duties include feeding/watering, hauling hay, grooming, picking manure in pastures and turning out & bring in the horses, barn chores, barn-keeping tasks, and more. Job trial required.
Training provided, 3 years of horse experience required. You must have experience handling horses, in particular young stock.
