Position Summary:
The Senior Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications that support organizational goals. This role requires advanced technical expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC, along with strong proficiency in SQL and front-end web technologies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a development team. They will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and architecture design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.

Build and maintain complex web solutions following MVC design principles.

Design, build, and implement APIs with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

Integrate internal and third‑party APIs to enable secure and reliable data exchange across systems.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for web, console, and service-layer applications.

Develop and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality.

Support UI implementation and ensure alignment with application architecture and user experience goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to shape requirements and technical strategies.

Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend modern development practices and patterns.

Review code for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.

Troubleshoot and improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Participate in deployment planning and support CI/CD processes where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core, including MVC development.

Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC and related patterns.

Ability to evaluate, install, update, and troubleshoot NuGet packages to support application development within Visual Studio.

Proficiency in SQL development, optimization, and relational database design.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience using Visual Studio for development and debugging.

Ability to design modular, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.

Working knowledge of Git or comparable version control platforms.

Experience creating and consuming APIs.

Understanding of API security standards.

Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-based architecture.
