Member Duties : The VISTA member will build Thea Bowman Center’s capacity to expand workforce development and economic stability programs. They will create and implement systems for participant intake, referral tracking, and data management, conducting community assessments to identify workforce needs and service gaps. They will also train staff and volunteers on new processes, strengthening partnerships, tracking outcomes, and developing tools to ensure programs are sustainable beyond their term.
