We are seeking an Entry Level Carpenter to join our team, where attention to detail and creative problem-solving are valued every day.
About the Position
We are looking for individuals to train in woodworking, stair building, and railing system fabrication. This is a hands-on, year-round position in our indoor factory where you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and finishing custom wood staircases and railing components. No experience necessary - we will guide you!
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble staircases, railings, and related wooden components from raw materials
- Use power tools and woodworking equipment (saws, routers, joiners, planers, etc.) safely and accurately
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit wood
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to follow directions including all safety protocols and regulations
- Must be able to read and interpret written instructions
- Must be able to work independently on assignments
