We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our client's growing face-to-face sales and marketing team. As a Sales & Marketing Events Assistant, you’ll represent recognized brands at live events, shopping centers, trade shows, and pop-up locations throughout the Addison and Dallas area.
This is an active, people-focused role. Perfect for someone who thrives on performance, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to build valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients at in-person events and retail activations
- Deliver product demonstrations and promote exclusive event offers
- Interact with the public, answer questions, and generate new customer sign-ups
- Work toward personal and team sales targets in a high-energy setting
- Receive ongoing training and mentorship to grow your skills and confidence
- Travel locally to different venues and event locations (transportation support available)
We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a natural people-person
- Target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals and win big
- Reliable, coachable, and able to adapt to new locations and crowds
- Comfortable working in busy, high-traffic environments (indoor and outdoor)
- Full-time availability with the ability to start immediately
- Previous experience in promotions, retail, or hospitality is helpful—but not required
