Consult Atlas Foundation, a national nonprofit charitable organization, is seeking experienced physicians with an active medical license to join our organization as Equity Partners and members of our National Physician Advisory Committee.
This is a unique opportunity for physicians who want to continue making a meaningful impact beyond clinical practice by helping build ethical, high-quality healthcare organizations throughout the United States.
About Consult Atlas Foundation
Consult Atlas Foundation partners with healthcare entrepreneurs to launch and support home health agencies, companion care agencies, residential care homes, behavioral health organizations, and other community-based healthcare services. Our mission is to increase access to quality care by providing the expertise, infrastructure, and operational support needed for long-term success.
The Opportunity
As a Physician Equity Partner, you will:
● Serve on the Consult Atlas National Physician Advisory Committee.
● Provide strategic and clinical guidance to healthcare organizations supported by Consult Atlas.
● Participate in advisory board meetings for home health agencies and other healthcare organizations as requested.
● Assist in the development of clinical best practices and quality initiatives.
● Mentor new healthcare owners and executive leadership teams.
● Support our mission of improving access to healthcare in communities across the United States.
Equity Partnership
Qualified physicians will have the opportunity to become equity partners in Consult Atlas Foundation's growth initiatives. As the organization expands nationally, equity partners will play a key role in shaping strategy, governance, clinical excellence, and future opportunities.
Qualifications
● Active, unrestricted U.S. Physician (MD or DO) license.
● Strong commitment to quality patient care and ethical healthcare practices.
● Interest in advising healthcare startups and growing organizations.
● Executive, leadership, or advisory experience is preferred but not required.
● Ability to participate in periodic virtual meetings.
