Sign-on bonus: Earn $1,000—paid as $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
- Assemble complete HVAC/R systems along with subassemblies and components.
- Confirm performance against engineering specifications and record outcomes.
- Author and maintain clear, repeatable manufacturing procedures.
- Solder copper tubing with consistency and care.
- Troubleshoot defects, isolate root causes, and implement fixes.
- Address issues with broken or defective parts, products, and equipment.
- Calibrate, test, and upkeep production and test equipment.
- High mechanical aptitude; meticulous and safety-minded.
- Comfort reading blueprints and product specifications in English.
- Copper-tube soldering experience (preferred).
- EPA 608 certification (preferred).
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently.
- Reliably start at 6:00 AM.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- All employees on day shift; 40 hours/week, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Optional Saturday overtime from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
