Beycome | Miami, FL | In Person
STOP — READ THIS FIRST: This role requires an ACTIVE Florida real estate license. If you are not currently licensed, please do not continue reading or apply. No exceptions.
Beycome is a fast-growing, tech-forward real estate platform helping thousands of buyers and sellers across 14+ states save money without sacrificing service. Our Buyer Program gives homebuyers up to 2% back at closing, paired with free education that empowers them to buy with confidence. We pair technology, transparency, and strong customer service with a smarter way to buy a home.
We're looking for a motivated, professional, and relationship-driven licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Buyer Program Sales Representative. This is a full-cycle role: you'll convert warm buyer leads into signed Buyer Broker Agreements (BBAs), then work those clients through offers, negotiations, and contract — all the way to a closed transaction. Signing the client is the starting line, not the finish line. Your success is measured by closings.
This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on phone interaction, enjoys helping buyers navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives, and wants to grow with a company that is rethinking how real estate should work.
You'll work closely with sales leadership, transaction coordination, and our title team, and play a direct role in driving revenue and growth of the Buyer Program.
Daily expectations include:
- Making 50-70 outbound calls per day to warm buyer leads (these are beycomes current customers that are selling their home with us) and prospects regarding the Beycome Buyer Program
- Answering inbound calls related to the program, cash-back rebate, buying process, and next steps
- Clearly explaining the Buyer Program's value proposition, including up to 2% back at closing, transparency, and buyer-first service
- Converting leads into signed Buyer Broker Agreements (BBAs)
- Guiding active buyers through their home search, preparing and submitting offers, and negotiating terms to get clients under contract (You will have a TC)
- Managing your clients from contract to close — keeping deals on track through inspections, financing, and closing milestones
- Educating buyers on the home buying process, financing basics, timelines, and what to expect from search to close
- Following up consistently with active buyers to keep every deal moving through the pipeline
- Documenting all outreach and client interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Coordinating with transaction coordination and title teams to ensure a smooth closing on every transaction
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the Beycome brand
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida real estate license (Required)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate related roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple active conversations
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking software
- A self-motivated, competitive mindset with a drive to hit goals
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission structure
- On-target earnings (OTE) up to $105,000 annually, based on performance

- Paid time off (PTO)
- Paid company holidays
- Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing, tech-forward real estate and title organization
