The Aransas County Navigation District is hiring personnel to fill the position
Facilities & Grounds Operative - Flex
Duties consist of building and grounds custodial and maintenance work assisting construction crews and assisting boaters in and around the facilities. Position will be required to work on a rotating weekend basis and overtime as required. This position is classified as an “essential position” in regard to inclement weather and storm operations.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must have ability to work on and near the water
- Must demonstrate ability to swim minimum 25 yards
- Must have ability to work extended periods outdoors in year-round weather conditions
