Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, behavioral health specialists, and support staff to work toward providing the best possible services to the people of our community.
- Oversee intake processes, patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs such as social work interventions, group therapy sessions, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, management of electronic health records (EHR), and compliance with HIPAA regulations across all clinical activities.
- Coordinate case management efforts and facilitate collaboration with families, schools (including special education), hospitals, and community organizations to support holistic patient care.
Experience:
- Must have terminal licensure (LCSW or LPC preferred)
- Extensive experience providing clinical services to a diverse population of individuals
- Skilled in crisis management and crisis intervention techniques for mental health emergencies across diverse populations.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems including EMR/EHR platforms; strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
- Knowledge of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while providing culturally competent care.
- Rural health experience is preferred
