Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and ensuring safety standards are met. Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and inventory management software
- Ensure proper stocking and organization of warehouse supplies and products
- Conduct data entry for shipping logs, inventory updates, and order processing
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating shipments in compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, AS400, and MRP software
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
- Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packing, and order picking
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external clients when needed
