We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain pristine conditions.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Prepare and serve light meals or snacks when required, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest comfort.
- Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules efficiently while prioritizing high-traffic areas for maximum cleanliness.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe environment for all.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic cooking skills to prepare simple meals or snacks as needed.
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and carpet cleaning equipment is a plus.
