Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a career driven and dependable Full-Time Electrician's Assistant with 0-2 years experience to assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial facilities including office buildings, retail centers, hotels, and more. Hourly pay starting at $23 - $26 based on experience and skill. This position offers valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in the electrical trade.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious and has problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess situations, identify root causes and develop practical, effective solutions. Working alongside experienced electricians, you will assist with electrical installations, material handling, equipment preparation, and jobsite organization while gaining practical experience on commercial construction projects.

Essential Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

Pull wire, bend conduit, install electrical boxes, and perform various electrical tasks under supervision.

Learn to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Support electricians during troubleshooting and repair activities.

Assist with testing electrical systems and equipment using appropriate testing instruments.

Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable electrical codes.

Complete assigned work accurately while following direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.

Gather, transport, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.

Travel to project locations as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and customer site requirements.

0-2 years experience in a construction, electrical or trade-related role.

Previous construction experience preferred.

Bi-lingual preferred.
