We are a locally family-owned feed mill dedicated to serving the agricultural community with high-quality feed and grain products. We value hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in their work. We’re currently seeking a Class B CDL Driver to join our team for local deliveries and general mill support.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position involving local deliveries using Class B straight trucks as well as operating equipment like forklifts and skid steers to assist with loading, unloading, and feed mill operations. You’ll be home every night and work closely with a tight-knit team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely operate Class B trucks for feed and grain deliveries
· Load and unload bulk and bagged feed using forklift, pallet jack, and auger systems
· Operate forklift and skid steer as part of daily mill operations
· Assist with bagging, loading customer orders, and keeping the mill clean and organized
· Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
· Maintain accurate delivery logs and basic paperwork
· Interact professionally with customers on delivery
Qualifications:
· Valid Class B CDL and clean driving record
· Experience operating a forklift and skid steer (certification preferred, but we will train the right person)
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in outdoor/agricultural conditions
· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety
· Previous agriculture or feed mill experience is a plus but not required
