Experienced trim carpenter with leadership skills able to do all areas of trim work for local commercial builder for new construction and also remodel jobs. Must have reliable transportation, own tools, and valid drivers license. Salary based on experience and leadership abilities. Minimum three years experience. MUST HAVE RESUME
.Responsibilities and Duties
- Proven finish commercial carpentry.
- Install, adjust and trim out doors and windows
- Install windows
- Experience with crown molding, baseboards and other areas of trim-outs requited including staircase and handrailing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Lift 50/100 lbs, must lift, bend and stand for extended times
- 8 hour shifts
- Work without supervision/Problem solving on site/Detail oriented
- Work to finish timely schedule
