The Role: Senior Quality Leader
Job Summary

A Quality Leader will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing quality teams. You are responsible for driving the strategy, managing and leading a team of diverse employees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, grow each individual and the team.
- Provide technical guidance and support, promoting continuous learning and development, incorporating education into growth plans
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members including monthly 1 to 1’s and annual reviews.
- Champion and foster accountability amongst individuals and the team
- Drive PTI to have the best brand reputation in the industry
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement quality strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to set project priorities and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality related projects.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Ensure the daily flow of quote to cash products is excellent
- Coordinate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Technical Expertise:
- Educate yourself with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of modern quality practices and tools.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of the quality team output.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Foster 2 way working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Attributes
- Visionary: Ability to see the big picture and align quality efforts with business objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of quality and manufacturing principles
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and quality engineers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaboration: Effective at working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years is a Quality Role with at least 3 years in a Leadership role. Familiarity with OSHA, ISO and Quality Management Systems required.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
