Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery used in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) according to specifications

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products for defects or irregularities

Adjust machine settings to ensureoptimalperformance

Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions

Record production data and complete required documentation

Follow safety procedures andcompany policies at all times

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role preferred

Familiarity with production tools and mechanical systems

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or manuals (if applicable)

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Physical stamina and strength; able tolift upto[40lbsand stand forlong periods

Good communicationand teamwork skills
Work Environment:

May involve exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, or fast-paced operations

Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requiresstanding, lifting, pushing, pulling(up to 40lbs) andworking with machinery.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC machines, injection molding, or packaging equipment (depending on industry)

Forklift certification (if relevant)

Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface
