What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a Subaru-experienced Service Advisor or Writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily workflow efficiently
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain services clearly to customers
- Use dealership management systems (DMS) and scheduling tools with ease
- Maintain detailed and organized service records
- Build lasting customer relationships that result in repeat business
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and service goals
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in automotive service writing (Subaru experience strongly preferred)
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with DMS, service scheduling software, and digital records
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow customer retention
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
