Position Overview
We are seeking multiple security professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates are level-headed, reliable, and skilled in de-escalating situations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of patrons, performers, and staff while maintaining a friendly and professional presence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and activity within the venue.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
- De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures.
- Assist in emergency situations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous security experience preferred, especially in nightlife or entertainment venues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to situations.
- Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and all major holidays.
- Must be dependable and a strong team player.
- Class D License preferred but not required.
