Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Part time School Bus Drivers to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from their destinations following a set schedule and ensuring a comfortable and secure journey.
Pay and Bonus
-Starting hourly rate of $32-$34
-25-30 hours/week (10months/yr) summers off
-morning and afternoon routes
-$1000 Sign on Bonus if qualifications met.
- $500 Perfect Attendance Bonus.
Duties
- Operate a School Bus to transport passengers along designated routes
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide excellent customer service
- Follow specific schedules and routes as assigned
Skills
- Experience driving vans or buses
- Ability to work with children and manage their behavior effectively
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Possession of a commercial driver's license (CDL) class B with P and S endorsements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
