Medical center Pharmacy is a locally owned pharmacies, looking for Entrepreneurial Full-time Pharmacy Manager at our Pharmacy in Midland TX .
Job Description: We are seeking for a full time Pharmacist who has the experience and knowledge with the responsibilities of an Independent Pharmacy. He will be responsible for all the aspects of pharmacy operations within the store including inventory, personnel and security with emphasis on customer relations. Being a new pharmacy, we will be thriving to compete to be the best in the area. So we will need eager, self motivated individuals to help us grow by helping with innovative ideas and being as motivated as us to bring good business to the pharmacy. Pharmacy will be marketing for new accounts daily. Hence we need team players to help us and to continue grow the business. We also plan on doing compounding in the future, so compounding experience is a plus !! Additional duties as assigned by Management. It will definitely be an easy job compared to the big chains like Cvs , Walgreens, etc.
- Excellent work schedule from 9-6 hours and weekend off .

Requirements :
- Must have valid, open and active Pharmacist License in TX state without any restrictions or disciplinary actions.
- B.S in Pharmacy or Pharm D or equivalent EPGEC (NABP) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- 0-2+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
- Retail experience would be optional.
- Familiarity with Windows based applications.
- Customer oriented with excellent communications skills.
- Bilingual a plus !!
