MedOne Surgical is seeking an organized, responsive HR Administrator to support employees, leadership, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping details on track, helping people, and making sure important HR and administrative processes are handled accurately and professionally. The position will support onboarding and offboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, routine HR administration, and other office needs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, employment documentation, orientation logistics, and separation administration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, acknowledgments, training records, and other HR documentation.
- Provide routine HR administrative support related to policies, time off, benefits, payroll and timekeeping processes, and employment documentation, escalating matters when additional review is needed.
- Support recruiting by coordinating job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding logistics.
- Coordinate general office administration and assist with special projects and tasks that support the business and leadership.
- Support employee communications, HR initiatives, and administrative projects while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in human resources, business administration, or a related field is helpful.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources administration or similar role.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and recognize when a matter should be escalated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting HR functions in a small or mid-sized manufacturing environment.
- Experience with payroll/timekeeping, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, HR compliance.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
