The Data Product Manager is responsible for leading a team of Data Product Developers and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of standard data products and business-facing analytical outputs. This role translates business priorities into team execution, manages workload and delivery expectations, and ensures outputs meet enterprise standards for accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Lead, coach, and performance manage Data Product Developers to ensure effective execution, development, and accountability across the Data Product Developer I and II levels

Prioritize, assign, and oversee day-to-day delivery of standard data products, dashboards, reports, and recurring analytical outputs

Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to align work intake, priorities, and delivery expectations to business needs

Monitor delivery quality, remove blockers, and ensure outputs align to enterprise standards, approved logic, and support expectations

Support continuous improvement of team processes, delivery methods, and role development across the Data Product Developer family

Other duties as assigned

Experience leading or supervising teams responsible for reporting, analytics, or data product delivery

Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting, data products, and business-facing analytical output delivery

Ability to prioritize work, balance team capacity, and manage delivery against business demand

Experience coaching, developing, and performance managing individual contributors

Ability to translate business priorities into clear work direction and execution plans

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of enterprise data standards, delivery processes, and support expectations

Ability to identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and improve team effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree (4 years)

5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
