Finance Call Center hiring Bilingual English/Spanish for Customer Service in the Irving area.
Positions for Bilingual Customer Service Representative$19.00-23.50/hr.
- No college degree: $19.00 - $19.50
- Associate's Degree: $20.00 - $22.50
- Bachelor's Degree: $22.00 - $23.50
This is a position is hybrid, must be able to work in office in Irving and work from home some days.
- Fluent English/Spanish speaking. Do not need to read/write Spanish fluently.
- Excellent communication skills, Professional appearance
- Must not be afraid to be on the phones with customers
- Ability to be on time to work everyday

Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Contacting customers to provide balloon and lease end options
- Contacting customers to verify final intentions
- Contacting dealers to verify balloon and lease returns
- Quoting payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
- Acting as contact for customer and dealer questions
- Providing general customer service that supports ongoing Honda/Acura loyalty
