We're looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency.

This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Lines professional who enjoys owning a book of business, solving problems, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Build trusted relationships through proactive account management and exceptional service
- Prepare renewals, proposals, coverage comparisons, and account reviews
- Market new and renewal business with insurance carriers
- Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with underwriters
- Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and audits
- Partner with producers and carrier representatives to deliver outstanding client service
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through additional coverage solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
- Stay current on commercial insurance products, market trends, and carrier appetite
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, including General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability
- Experience marketing commercial accounts with multiple insurance carriers
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, Vertafore, or similar agency management systems is preferred
