Job Summary:
The Administrative Analyst provides general administrative support while assisting with basic financial tracking and operational tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
- Track and monitor notes payable, ensuring accurate records and timely updates
- Manage and reconcile automatic payments, verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with accounts-related documentation and reporting as needed
- Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Coordinate and maintain records of financial obligations and payment schedules
- Communicate with vendors or internal departments regarding payment inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of administrative or financial support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
