About The Harmony Developer
The Harmony Developer is a growing Denver-based construction company specializing in residential remodeling, whole-home renovations, additions, custom residential projects, and commercial tenant improvements.
We are looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from project handoff through completion.

What You’ll Do
After project handoff, you will take ownership of the project and manage its execution from planning and scheduling through construction and completion.
You will:
- Review the project scope, plans, budget, selections, and payment schedule.
- Build and manage the construction schedule and trade sequencing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, deliveries, and inspections.
- Manage day-to-day job-site activities, quality, and progress.
- Ensure the work is executed according to the project scope and construction requirements.
- Track project costs and schedule and identify issues that could affect the budget or profitability.
- Identify and coordinate change orders, including cost and schedule impacts.
- Communicate with clients throughout construction and provide regular updates.
- Complete daily project updates and Daily Logs in Buildertrend, including photos, progress, issues, and delays.
- Keep project documentation, schedules, and change orders organized.
- Manage punch lists, final corrections, client walkthroughs, and project closeout.

You should be comfortable taking a project from handoff, organizing the work, coordinating trades and materials, managing the schedule and costs, communicating with the client, solving problems in the field, and making sure the project is completed properly.
You should be able to look at a proposal and scope of work and understand what needs to be built, what needs to happen next, who needs to do it, and what could affect the schedule or budget.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction project management experience
- Experience personally managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to understand a construction proposal and translate the scope into an executable project plan
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and job-site coordination
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
- Understanding of project budgets, costs, payment schedules, and change orders
- Strong client communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in the field and behind a computer
- Buildertrend experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to learn Buildertrend and other project management systems
- Commercial construction / tenant improvement experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
