The Injury Firm (www.flinjuryfirm.com), one of Florida’s fastest growing plaintiff personal injury firms is looking for our next super star associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases (plaintiff or defense).
Who You Are:
· Attorney with 2 year minimum experience handling personal injury cases from retainer to settlement.
· Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
· Team player, but highly independent and capable of handling your own case load.
· Articulate communicator with excellent client relation skills.
· Adept at investigation, case strategy and negotiation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Representation:
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, assess their legal options, and advise them on the best course of action.
- Represent clients in all stages of the pre-suit process.
Case Investigation and Preparation:
- Investigate the facts of the case, gather evidence, and interview witnesses.
- Review medical records, accident reports, and other relevant documents.
- Draft demand letter, Settlement statements, and other pre-litigation documents.
- Ensure compliance with the Statute of Limitations.
- Provide zealous advocacy and negotiate the best settlement for your client.
Case Management:
- Organize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Be available to clients to discuss their cases.
- Fully utilize our case management system (Filevine) to keep cases organized.
- Work with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
- Experience in plaintiff pre-litigation personal injury.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with case management software (Filevine a plus).
- Bilingual (Eng/Span) a plus but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
