Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of building and renovating high end custom homes. In this role we are looking for someone with 2-3 years experience. Preferably in framing, with the ability to read a tape accurately. A familiarity with the tools of the trade(nail guns, circular saw, ect). They need to be able and willing to work in all kinds of weather. We work in the heat, cold, rain, snow. Above all we are looking for someone with a drive to learn the trade and a willingness to work under experienced craftsmen and take direction and training with a good attitude
Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials using hand tools and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and materials safely across job sites
- Support carpentry activities including framing, trim carpentry
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, working at heights or in confined spaces as needed
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
