Job Overview
MTL XPRESS INC is hiring experienced and professional CDL Class A drivers for OTR reefer work. We are looking for reliable drivers who understand safety, communication, and on-time delivery. Drivers must be comfortable traveling interstate routes and speaking English for customer, DOT, and dispatch communication requirements.
Pay & Benefits
* Pay: $0.60 – $0.70 per mile
* Weekly direct deposit pay

Driver Requirements
* Minimum 2 years CDL Class A experience
* Minimum age: 25 years old
* Valid CDL Class A license
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
(U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or valid work authorization)
* Must speak and understand English
* Must be able to travel interstate
* Clean driving record preferred
* Reefer experience preferred
Responsibilities
* Safely operate commercial tractor-trailer
* Complete deliveries on time
* Follow DOT and FMCSA regulations
* Maintain communication with dispatch
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Handle reefer temperature requirements properly
