Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role task. We will consider a combination of education and experience. You should have a team player attitude and good organizational skills. You should be a "people person" who is comfortable interacting with employees, guests, and clients at all levels. An intermediate proficiency with Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required. You will occasionally run errands outside of the company, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
The Location
We are located at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH. This position is onsite.
Additional Job Details
- Acts as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and guests for the New Hampshire plant.
- Answers a multi-line phone system and supports an onsite Visitor Management System.
- Orders, stocks, and maintains office and breakroom supplies.
- Collect, sorts and distributes mail. Ensures shipment of annual holiday boxes and other shipments.
- Manages petty cash and maintains a reimbursement log.
- Manages vending accounts, serving as account manager, and handles issues and reimbursements as needed.
- Support relationships and onsite visits of additional vendors for maintenance of office machinery e.g.: copier, postage machine.
- Assists other administrative staff with projects and tasks as needed.
- Assists Human Resources team as needed for various administrative tasks.
- Performs various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, preparing documents, and spreadsheets.
- Provides ad hoc support as needed to help advance Alene’s Vision, Mission and uphold organizational Values.
Education required:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Range of Experience:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience; will consider combination of experience and education.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license; all mileage will be reimbursed.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with IFS and Concur a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Dependability and confidentiality a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
