About the Role
This is residential service work; troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and installations in occupied homes. You'll work directly with homeowners and own your jobs from start to finish. We keep our schedules organized, our trucks stocked, and our team supported so you can focus on doing good work.
We're hiring at two experience levels. If you have 2–3 years of residential experience and are building your skills, there's a place for you here. If you've been running your own truck for years and want a shop that respects that, there's a place for you too.

What We're Looking For
- Residential electrical experience, service work preferred
- Professional and reliable - you're in customers' homes every day
- Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with homeowners
