Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Northeastern Massachusetts / ER NP, Emergency Medicine PA
Join a collaborative Emergency Department where you'll deliver high-quality patient care in a well-supported setting just outside Boston. This locum assignment combines schedule flexibility, a manageable department size, and a coastal New England location filled with history, waterfront activities, and outstanding dining.
Why This Assignment
Assignment Dates: Ongoing locum opportunity
Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., or 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
Practice in a 20-bed Emergency Department with 16 main treatment beds and 4 fast-track beds
Work in a department that stabilizes and transfers higher-acuity cases, including STEMI, trauma, select neurology and stroke cases, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and tertiary ICU patients
Utilize Epic EMR
Travel: Paid mileage and hotel accommodations provided
Spend your time off exploring a charming waterfront community known for its boutiques, restaurants, maritime history, kayaking, and colonial architecture
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
MSN or Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
FNP or ENP or PA-C with at least 1 years of ER experience
Massachusetts NP or PA license is required
Experience using Epic EMR
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Emergency Medicine environment
