We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 4:00pm-3:30am
Duties
Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are fully staffed.
Help back fill missing staff if required by Supervisors
Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements
Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
Communicate daily with Corporate office
Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Skills
proficiency is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
Administrative experience is preferred
Customer support skills are beneficial
Familiarity with file management systems
Knowledge of office management procedures
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
